have found out 8/27/97 that the organization who put out the following
article is still on the Internet, known as The
Cutting Edge. [archived copy] I do not necessarily agree with everything in this
article, but it gives the reader plenty of material that I believe is important
and accurate. I have changed the font and background from the above
linked article here to make it easier to read than the original.
